1. Who We Are

Monet is a mobile application developed and operated by Jazz Games ("we," "us," or "our"). Monet is a daily emotional journaling app that allows users to create drawings, write journal entries, and receive AI-powered mood analysis with voice narration.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 OpenAI

We send your canvas drawing (as an image) and journal entry text to the OpenAI API to generate a mood analysis. This data is transmitted securely via HTTPS. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy and API Data Usage Policy. As of the API's current terms, OpenAI does not use API-submitted data to train its models by default.

Data sent to OpenAI: Your canvas image (anonymized, not linked to your identity), your journal entry text, and mood analysis context prompts.

4.2 ElevenLabs

We send the AI-generated mood analysis text to ElevenLabs to produce voice narration audio. ElevenLabs processes this text in accordance with their Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information is included in the text sent to ElevenLabs.

Data sent to ElevenLabs: Mood analysis text only (no names, emails, or identifiers).

4.3 Firebase (Google)

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database storage (Firestore), file storage, and analytics. Data is stored in Google's cloud infrastructure. See Firebase Privacy and Security for details.

We may use anonymized analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics) to understand app usage patterns. These tools collect non-identifiable usage data only.
